Fairdeal Terms and Conditions

These Fairdeal Terms and Conditions explain the rules governing access to the website, creation and use of a Fairdeal ID, participation in sports and casino markets, account verification, payments, promotions, responsible gaming controls, and other services available through the platform.

By visiting Fairdeal, registering a Fairdeal account, submitting a betting selection, using a casino game, depositing funds, requesting a withdrawal, or continuing to access the platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. You must also follow the Fairdeal Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, applicable market rules, payment instructions, and the individual conditions attached to any promotion you choose to use.

Please stop using the platform if you do not accept these terms.

01

1. Acceptance of Fairdeal Terms

These terms form an agreement between Fairdeal and every person who visits or uses the platform. Acceptance begins when you access the website, create a Fairdeal ID, use account features, participate in a market, or complete a transaction.

Certain Fairdeal services have additional rules because sports markets, casino games, promotions, verification checks, and payment methods do not all operate in the same way. Where a feature has its own displayed conditions, those conditions apply together with this document.

You are responsible for reviewing the information shown before confirming an action. This includes checking your account details, selected market, odds, stake, transaction amount, payment information, and any conditions attached to a promotion.

03

3. Creating and Maintaining a Fairdeal ID

Fairdeal ID connects the registered user with the dashboard, account settings, sports and casino sections, payment history, responsible gaming controls, and support services.

The information supplied during registration must be accurate, current, and connected to the person creating the account. This may include the user’s full name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, location details, and payment ownership information.

Fairdeal may ask a user to update or verify information when account details are incomplete, inconsistent, outdated, or different from the information connected to a transaction. Selected account functions may remain unavailable until the required details have been confirmed.

A Fairdeal ID is personal and must not be sold, transferred, rented, or used on behalf of another person.

One User, One Fairdeal ID

Each person may normally maintain only one Fairdeal ID. Creating additional accounts to obtain repeated promotional benefits, separate limits, alternative payment access, or another account advantage is not allowed.

Fairdeal may compare account information where two or more IDs share identity details, devices, payment methods, contact information, or access patterns. Related accounts may be reviewed together to confirm legitimate ownership and use.

04

4. Fairdeal Login Security and Account Responsibility

The registered user is responsible for keeping the Fairdeal ID, password, verification codes, mobile number, and email account secure.

Login details must not be shared with friends, family members, agents, or any other third party. Users should also avoid saving account credentials on public or shared devices and should sign out after each session where another person may gain access.

If unfamiliar activity appears in the account history, the registered user should contact Fairdeal support without delay. Fairdeal may request identity confirmation before restoring account access, changing registered details, resetting security information, or reviewing a disputed transaction.

Account activity recorded through valid credentials may be treated as activity completed by the registered user unless the available records establish otherwise.

05

5. Identity and Payment Verification

Fairdeal may conduct identity, age, contact, and payment-ownership checks to maintain accurate account records and support secure transaction processing.

Verification may be requested during registration, before a first withdrawal, after important account details are changed, when a new payment method is introduced, or when transaction activity requires additional confirmation.

Documents must be genuine, readable, current, and connected to the registered user. Depending on the review, Fairdeal may request proof of identity, age, address, mobile ownership, bank-account ownership, or another relevant payment record.

Submitting a document does not guarantee immediate approval. The information may need to be compared with the account profile, payment source, and transaction history before selected account functions become available.

Personal data collected during verification is handled according to the Fairdeal Privacy Policy and the data-handling requirements applicable to the service.

06

6. Fairdeal Sports Market Rules

Fairdeal may provide access to pre-match, in-play, exchange-style, session, and other Fairdeal Live sports markets. The available market type, odds, stake limits, and settlement conditions can differ between events.

Before confirming a selection, users should review the event, market name, selected outcome, displayed odds, stake, estimated exposure, and possible return. A betting selection becomes valid only after Fairdeal confirms that it has been accepted and records it in the account history.

A pending, rejected, expired, or unrecorded selection should not be considered an accepted bet. Once a selection has been confirmed, the user cannot normally change or cancel it unless the market rules specifically provide that option.

Odds and Market Availability

Odds may move before confirmation because of market activity, event developments, liquidity changes, or data updates. The odds shown in the final accepted record apply to the bet.

A market may also be paused, removed, or reopened during a live event. A selection submitted while a market is suspended may remain unaccepted or may be declined.

Settlement of Sports Markets

Fairdeal may settle a sports market using the official event result, a recognised sports-data source, a governing body’s decision, or the settlement source identified in the relevant market rules.

Postponed fixtures, abandoned events, shortened matches, player withdrawals, dead heats, corrected results, and void markets may require separate settlement treatment. The rule attached to the particular sport and market applies when such a situation occurs.

A later media report or informal score source does not automatically replace the result used under the applicable settlement rule.

07

7. Casino Games and Live Tables

The Fairdeal casino section may contain live dealer games, card games, number games, slots, crash-style titles, and other digital formats made available through game providers.

Each game has its own participation rules, stake range, payout structure, session conditions, and result process. Users should review the displayed game instructions before placing a stake.

Game rounds are normally settled according to the result recorded by the relevant game system or provider. Where a session is interrupted, Fairdeal may review provider logs, account history, and the recorded game outcome before confirming the result.

Users must not use scripts, bots, modified software, coordinated accounts, or another method intended to interfere with ordinary gameplay. Activity that does not match normal game participation may be reviewed before the related session, balance, or transaction is finalised.

08

8. Fairdeal Deposits

Available deposit methods may include UPI, bank transfer, and other payment routes displayed in the Fairdeal account or communicated through an authorised support channel.

Users should make payments only through current Fairdeal instructions. Payment details obtained from unverified messages, copied screenshots, unofficial profiles, or unrelated third parties should not be used.

The name and ownership details linked to the payment source should match the registered account holder wherever required. A payment may take longer to reflect where the transaction reference is missing, the amount differs from the submitted request, the bank delays confirmation, or payment ownership needs to be checked.

A deposit is considered credited only when the amount appears in the Fairdeal balance or transaction record. Users should avoid repeating the same payment while its confirmation is still pending.

Deposit limits and supported payment routes may change according to account status, payment availability, or operational requirements.

09

9. Fairdeal Withdrawals

A withdrawal request may be reviewed against the registered identity, available balance, payment source, account activity, and submitted destination details.

Additional verification may be required for a first withdrawal, a newly added payment method, a recent profile change, a larger transaction, or activity that differs from the account’s usual payment pattern.

Where practical, Fairdeal may process a withdrawal through a verified payment method connected to the account holder. A withdrawal destination should not belong to an unrelated third party.

Processing time depends on the selected payment route, banking hours, verification status, payment-partner availability, and the accuracy of the submitted details. An estimated processing period should not be understood as a guaranteed completion time where the transaction also depends on an external bank or payment network.

Users should not submit multiple withdrawal requests against the same available balance while an earlier request remains active.

10

10. Reversed Transfers and Payment Disputes

A bank reversal, cancelled transfer, chargeback, duplicated credit, or ownership dispute may require a review of the connected Fairdeal account and transaction history.

Where a credited deposit is later reversed by a bank or payment provider, Fairdeal may adjust the corresponding account balance after checking the available payment records.

Users should contact Fairdeal support before opening a payment dispute so that the transaction reference, deposit status, and account record can be reviewed through the correct channel.

A payment review may remain open until the bank, payment provider, account holder, or other relevant source supplies enough information to confirm the transaction.

11

11. Promotion and Bonus Conditions

Fairdeal may make welcome offers, deposit-linked rewards, cashback benefits, event-specific promotions, or other account offers available from time to time.

A promotion applies only according to the conditions displayed for that offer. These conditions may define the eligible account type, qualifying deposit, minimum odds, supported markets, valid games, wagering requirement, maximum reward, expiry period, and withdrawal requirement.

The rules attached to the individual promotion take priority where they deal specifically with that offer.

A benefit must not be obtained through duplicate Fairdeal IDs, coordinated accounts, artificial transactions, repeated opposite positions, or another arrangement created mainly to unlock promotional value without genuine participation.

Where eligibility cannot be confirmed immediately, the reward or related withdrawal amount may remain unavailable until the promotional activity has been reviewed.

Expired, completed, or unavailable promotions should not be assumed to remain active because they were displayed previously.

12

12. Responsible Gaming Controls

Fairdeal services are intended for controlled entertainment and should not be treated as a guaranteed source of earnings.

Users should select stakes according to their personal budget and should not use funds required for household expenses, debt payments, education, medical needs, or other essential commitments.

Depending on account availability, Fairdeal may provide deposit limits, activity limits, session reminders, temporary time-outs, account suspension, account closure, and self-exclusion support.

A request under the Fairdeal responsible gambling policy should be submitted through an official Fairdeal support channel. The user may be asked to confirm the account, requested control, and preferred duration before it is applied.

During an active self-exclusion period, the user must not create or attempt to use another Fairdeal ID. Responsible gaming controls should be used together with personal financial planning and informed decision-making.

13

13. Account Review, Restriction and Closure

Fairdeal may review an account where information, payment activity, access records, gameplay, or promotional use requires additional confirmation.

A review may relate to inaccurate registration details, age verification, duplicate accounts, shared credentials, location masking, payment ownership, prohibited software, unusual gameplay, or activity that may conflict with a platform policy.

During a review, Fairdeal may limit login access, betting functions, casino participation, bonuses, deposits, withdrawals, or profile changes. The restriction should remain connected to the matter being examined.

Where the account is restored, access may resume after the relevant verification or review is completed. Where closure is required, the treatment of the remaining verified balance will depend on account ownership, transaction status, applicable promotion rules, payment reversals, and any legal obligation that applies.

Users may also request voluntary account closure through Fairdeal support. Identity confirmation may be required before a balance is processed or the closure request is completed.

15

15. Third-Party Providers

Some Fairdeal functions depend on external payment networks, banks, game providers, sports-data suppliers, hosting services, and communication partners.

Third-party services may operate according to their own processing schedules, technical conditions, privacy terms, and service limits. Fairdeal does not control every stage of a transaction or technical process completed entirely through an independent provider.

Where an external provider affects a game, payment, or data feed, Fairdeal may review the relevant provider record together with the Fairdeal account history before confirming the outcome.

An external link displayed on Fairdeal is provided for a particular purpose and does not transfer ownership of the external website or all of its content to Fairdeal.

17

17. Platform Availability and Technical Records

Fairdeal aims to provide organised and stable access, but continuous availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, provider updates, internet conditions, live-data changes, banking delays, and external technical events may temporarily affect a service.

Where a technical event relates to an accepted bet, casino round, deposit, withdrawal, or account balance, Fairdeal may review system logs, provider records, market data, and payment confirmation details.

The final account treatment will be based on the verified records available for the affected service and the relevant market, game, or payment rules.

A user requesting a review should provide the date, approximate time, event or game name, transaction reference, amount, and any relevant screenshot that does not expose a password or verification code.

19

19. Fairdeal Complaints and Review Requests

Users may contact Fairdeal support regarding account access, verification, deposits, withdrawals, market settlement, casino records, responsible gaming requests, or the meaning of these terms.

A clear request should include the registered account details, relevant date, transaction or market reference, amount where applicable, and a concise description of the matter.

Sensitive login details should not be included in a complaint. Fairdeal support does not need a user’s password or one-time verification code to review an account query.

Where the matter depends on information held by a bank, game provider, payment processor, or data supplier, the review period may also depend on the response received from that provider.

20

20. Updates to These Terms

Fairdeal may revise these Terms and Conditions when account features, payment processes, market rules, security practices, technology, or applicable requirements change.

The revised version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where a material change directly affects account use, Fairdeal may also provide notice through the website, user dashboard, registered mobile number, email address, or another suitable account channel.

Continued use after the revised terms take effect confirms acceptance of the updated conditions. A user who does not accept a material change should stop using the platform and contact Fairdeal support regarding account closure and any eligible remaining balance.

23

23. Contact Fairdeal Support

Users who need clarification about these terms may contact Fairdeal through the official support options displayed on the platform.

The support team may assist with account rules, verification requirements, transaction references, responsible gaming controls, account closure, and other matters directly related to Fairdeal access.
